Ok, so I've been using Paint Shop Pro 7 for comics up until today. Now I have Paint Shop Pro X. My scanner is crap so I have to turn the contrast way down to get all of the picture to come out unless I trace it in pen like I used to. This is why a bunch of older comics look crappy. Anyway after much experimentation on PSP7, I found a combination of buttons that would transform my crappy low-contrast comic into a nice-looking thing like this. It involved using the fill tool to get the background white. It was a pain in the ass. Well, on PSPX, only one button is needed (Smart Photo Fix), and it does /everything/ at once, including letting me make the background pure white. <3 Comics will look better from now on!
